SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY Moira Ryan Art - Giclée Prints PROCESSING & SHIPPING Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of placing an order. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking information. All items are shipped via registered post with An Post (Ireland's postal service). Every item includes a tracking number and requires a signature on receipt. Delivery is handled by your local postal service. For courier service options, please email info@strandframing.com and we will provide a quote. DELIVERY TIMES Ireland: 1-2 working days UK and Europe: 5-7 working days Rest of World: 7-10 working days *Delivery times are estimates and subject to local postal delays.* International customers are responsible for all customs and duty charges. Please consult your government website for further information. RETURNS We are happy to accept returns once we are advised within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only valid when we are notified in advance and the item is returned within 28 days. To initiate a return, email info@strandframing.com with your order number. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Refunds are issued once the item is received and our returns policy has been adhered to. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS If your print is lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund. An item is considered lost if there is no record of it after 28 days and it is confirmed missing by the postal carrier. CANCELLATIONS If you wish to cancel your order, respond to your confirmation email or email info@strandframing.com with your order number. - Orders not yet dispatched: full refund issued - Orders already dispatched: cancellation falls under our Returns Policy
